If your product is faulty you can return it to us (in its original condition, unused with all tags attached) within 10 days for a replacement or refund. We cannot accept returns on used merchandise, custom made products and personalized items. Upon receipt of returned goods RRA Beads reserves the right to deny a refund or replacement if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error. We will replace or refund for any returned goods that meet our return policy requirements.
