Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be simpler. Just browse online and click on any items you wish to purchase.
Prices on our website are exclusive of any mandatory taxes that may be charged.

If your purchase is faulty and you want to return it, please do so within 10 days of receiving your order together with the original attached cards/stickers and in the original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on used merchandise, custom made products and personalized items. The cost of returning an item is entirely that of the sender and will therefore not be refunded by RRA Beads. Please refer to our ‘Return Policy’ for more details.
We aim to respond to your query within 48 hours with the exception of public holidays. During those times we will aim to respond with 48 hours of resuming work.
